Starting in body corporate back in 2002, Tina has experience in managing a variety of schemes, committees and issues, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. Body corporate can often seem complex to many owners but Tina aims to always provide clear and useful information to make living in a community scheme simpler. Her strengths are organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and mediation. Having worked alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable and regarded managers and team members, she enjoys the challenges of her role and loves coming to work each day.

When Tina is not at work, you can find her creating unique pieces of garden art.

Joanne has been in the Body Corporate Industry since 2015 and has extensive experience managing Accommodation Module, Commercial Module, Standard Module, Small Schemes, BUGTA, BMS’s, PBC’s even Waterways. Joanne strives to provide her clients with superior service and ensures advice is provided in accordance with the require Legislations\Regulations, this enables the Committee and Owners to make informed decisions for their individual community. When Joanne is not working, she is spending quality time with her family at the beach, camping or fishing!

Originating from her hometown of Townsville, Catrina moved to the Sunshine Coast 10 years ago with her Husband. Catrina has been part of the strata industry since 2012. She began her career as a portfolio assistant, where she gained a strong foundation in strata management. Through dedication and leadership, she progressed to team leader, overseeing and mentoring a group of administrative assistants. Now, as a strata manager at AAA Body Corporate, Catrina manages a large portfolio of schemes from 2-30 lots, fostering strong relationships with committees and owners. Her extensive industry knowledge, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensure clients receive exceptional service and expert guidance in every aspect of strata management.

Born in Taiwan and growing up in Malaysia, Chris also lived in the US before calling Australia home in 2006. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from UQ, Chris has been in the real estate and body corporate industry since 2014. His experience spans across various sectors within the industry including project marketing of off the plan projects, working with developers to launch new buildings, property management for onsite management, and business development. He has managed strata schemes under various modules including multi-tiered highrise complexes, townhouses, retirement villages, shopping centres, and even part of an island. Besides his strata knowledge, Chris also provides development consultancy services for developers with strata titled projects. Chris is also fluent in Mandarin and is always happy to have a chat.
